GER S.A. has recently manufactured a new-designed continuous resistance annealer for copper wire. This annealer can be combined with any make of rod breakdown machine thanks to its self-contained design and own motorization.

In this case, it is a 3.000 A model, suitable to anneal copper wire in a diameter range from 1.0 - 3.4 mm, equipped with a 22 kW A.C. motor with frequency control system.

Other annealer models are also being offered, e.g. for completion of intermediate copper wire drawing machines having either 860 A or 1.300 A capacity.
